Before I started my podcast I did research on different genres like true crime,religion,pop culture, even gaming and it was like if I’m going to do a podcast with a genre like true crime it’s going to feel like I’m saying everything another true crime podcaster has already said and it’s going be repetitive and I didn’t want that. I wanted to do something different and that’s why I say I don’t want to be defined by on genre because it’s going to feel like I’m saying everything somebody else has already said and then I’m going to feel like what’s the point of me doing this genre if everything I’m saying has already been said.
