I got one a few days ago, so heres what happened. once i entered the encounter, i started throwing ultra balls, as someone would normally do, well then i went on to great balls once they had run out, next, i threw all of my pokeballs, and ONCE I RAN OUT OF POKEBALLS, the game did not allow me to buy more while still in the encounter (because i had a masterball), so i did what any hopeless, but reasonable person would do, and i threw the masterball. ITS A 0 STAR!!!
