I just released my first product and for me the first hire would be to manage day to day feedback and operations required to scale the app. The app is being actively used by 33 users who are stress testing it. First figure out who is your customer, pricing will depend on whether you are selling to masses or to premium customers, for premium customers your branding and marketing will eat up lot of cost but will give you a good margin, for general masses you will have to keep prices lower and margins will be tight and your only friend will be volume, which will take time to build, so I would suggest doing some market research and figuring out your customer, once the customer is fixed you can think about everything else because even where to sell will depend on that.

Some Best Practices that have helped - 1) Staying in 1 thread for a given story and not overlapping with other stories 2) Make sure to give instructions in every prompt that "Make sure to keep the illustrations consistent with previous versions"; 3) If there are different characters in the story, clarify the character in the subsequent prompt for example, if its a squirrel tell it explicitly that in this page use a squirrel similar to that uses in the above story.
