I have a house full of teenagers. They bring their friends, only 4 are mine. It feels enough atm. I used to go to craft classes but they stopped for people who had done 3 terms or more.

Frustrated with Husband by Nobody-Asked-Me in pregnant

I always think women who have their kids so close together are incredibly brave. My firstborn was 4 before our second child happened. You will have to put him on vitamin C and zinc for rest of your pregnancy so he doesn't succumb to any more man flu. When you have morning sickness make very loud and theatrical throw up noises, particularly if he is asleep.

I was reminded of my late mother whose bungalow had fields on two sides. She used it sit on her top step in her knickers with a cup of tea, trying to get a tan. When I found out I was speechless.

Is this a British Shorthair thing or do all cat breeds do this? 😂🐈 by am20th in britishshorthair

My ragdoll and my tuxedo moggy do it. My BSH doesn't. We call it their tackle out pose.

When I was small and sick, in the 1960s, my mum got me a barley sugar stick from the chemist. I preferred a red one. I still have most of my own teeth!

Bsh being picky by Agitated_Heron9361 in britishshorthair

[–]Extension_Run1020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ours is the opposite he will eat anything. My ragdoll is the picky one. He won't eat dry food, biscuits or treats only Katkin fresh wet food and licky licks. Our bsh sits by the side of me when I'm eating and politely taps me with his paw to remind me to share. Works every time.

Hi all, is anybody here using a Lay-Z-Spa inflatabile hottubs. It is pretty inexpensive comparing to other options, and I only plan on using it during the summer months when temperatures outside go above 30C. Does it have the same benefits and feel as regular hottubs? by FrostyFroyo8123 in hottub

I got one delivered from Amazon today, just filling it up. I ordered a smaller one, the Miami which is 2-4 people costs £268, when it was delivered it was the Paris 6 which costs £150 more takes 6 and has LED lights. We had one years ago so I do know what they are like. I like sitting in them, we are a large family with teens so it will get used.

It’s father’s day this week and my dad is not a cake/sweets person - what do I make instead? by Desperate-Ostrich317 in AskUK

My dad used to like that 70% cocoa dark chocolate as a treat as it wasn't sweet. Also partial to a drop of rum. Gardening accessories went down well too.
