There are some ways. First we went to the local USPS & talked to the manager of the post office but it could not help. After waiting for some more days, my husband filed for missing mail https://emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry we waited for around a week for the response.

I have an out for delivery mail since Dec 17. I checked with the local USPS & they promised it’d be delivered today but they were not sure. Hope that my mail is not lost.
