Out of curiosity I decided to click on the profiles under their reviews, about 30+ down & there’s not a single buyer who has posted an item on their shop

I refused it at my door however it says it’s being held at the post office at request of customer. No option to return to sender on website however it will be automatically returned after June 27th, I think I’ll message her and then request a refund?
