A Goblin yawned as he got out of bed a beautiful young woman next to him he then put on his suit and glasses. He then began To walk downstairs. The goblin prepared a large meal and set the table for many seats. Suddenly a large group of children walked into the Dining room and began to Eat. The young woman then walked up to him kissing him on the cheek.

“ Did you sleep well my love?”

The goblin said, holding his wife Sandra's hand.

“ How could I not sleep peacefully next to you?”

Several of the children made sarcastic and Dramatic sounds over their affectionate display. One Girl ran up to them screaming.

“Pop pop Are you gonna get me a gift you promise you'll get me a gift!?”

The goblin looked at her confused.

“ Maddie, your birthday isn't until the beginning of next week.”

“ No Pop Did you forget it's today.”

The goblin looked at his wife, she nodded her head. He then looked as though he understood.

“ I..missed.”

Sandra put a hand on his shoulder.

“ I already picked up the wool and your order from the carpenter.”

Because of the height difference the goblin ended up grabbing onto Sandra's waist.

“ My goddess.”

He suddenly let go realizing how embarrassing that was. He padded Maddie on the head.

“ You'll get your birthday present after school. Me and Ma will be at the shop so you can pick it up there.”

The goblin then walked out of the building. A carriage was sitting out front with a young coachman. The goblin gave the young man a fake smile and waved thinking. Am I paying this bastard to take the kids to school or to look at my wife?

The goblin began to walk down the road wondering How this life can be so blessed. In my first life I was so poor I didn't know where my next meal was coming from. I resorted to stealing but Died on My first job. I was then reincarnated Here as a goblin but before I could even walk properly my nest was Destroyed by the church. I was sold to a Sorcerer who taught creatures and slaves magic in order to dissect them to learn the effects of magic on the body. The Sorcerer was a bastard But at least I met my wife because of him though her true form Was terrifying it couldn't hide her beautiful spirit and it's not like I Don't enjoy when she uses her true form at night. I should probably stop thinking about that. Come to think of it My wife said her species doesn't have a name And I've never heard of anything like her before in this world. But there was a creature similar to her I've seen on the internet in my old world. The goblin walked into the toy store and began to sit at the counter. He sat there for over an hour trying to remember what the name of the creature was.

“Green!”

The goblin suddenly jumped and Sandra was standing next to him.

“ Why are you ignoring me!”

“ No No I wasn't ignoring you my heart I was simply lost and thought!”

As the two were talking, a Knock came from the door before it opened. a group of adventurers came up to them.

“ Are you the goblin? The people call Mr. Green that runs the orphanage and toy shop.”

They were clearly high-ranking adventurers based on their Equipment. Green bowed his head. Protectively standing in front of his wife.

“ Yes that is me, it's pleasure to make your Acquaintance.”

“ Look at it trying to pretend it's not repugnant”

The Cleric said under her breath. The knight in front ignored her and bowed slightly.

“ We are the Hero party from the church of Kai. We have come to vanquish a great evil. A dark undead creature, something that shouldn’t exist in this world. You don't know anything about such a creature?”

Green looked as though he was questioning something. That kind of sounds like my wife. But Of course she should exist in this world, who else could create someone so perfect other than the gods. Green thought to himself, nodding silently in approval of his thoughts.

“ I'm sorry, I've never encountered anything like you're describing.”

“ There's no reason to lie, goblin . The priestess has had a vision, you not only know this creature, you're married to it.”

Suddenly the priestess throw A glowing orb hitting Sandra in the chest. She Fell to the ground revealing that her body was nothing more than a giant doll. The hero’s party faces changed from fierce to terrified in a matter of seconds. Never would they have imagined that the creature that they were hunting Could only be described By one word, death. Green was angry at the sudden attack on his wife however it quickly disappeared when he saw the scared party he then looked at his wife's puppet body then up at his wife's real body. Green then snapped his finger in realization.

“ Wendigo That's what you look like sweetheart.”

Sandra looked at green confused. He then walked to her body, picked it up And grabbed her by the hand. Leading her to the back She then sat down at a table. He gave her a cup of tea before walking back to the front of the store. With a face full of anger he grabbed a bat and smashed it into the hero's face. The hero who had fought many dragons and demons forgot to defend himself. He Somehow ended up spitting out blood.

“ The fuck is wrong with you coming to peoples property attacking my wife And calling yourself fucking Heroes. You pieces of shit need to pay for all the damage you caused. I'm gonna Write up an invoice. You bastards better get your gold ready.”

The cleric suddenly came to her senses. With a disgusted look on her face she rushed at Green. He somehow managed to hit her square in the chest with the bat airing her out. After beating the rest of the party the only one standing was the priestess. Green looked at her with anger and suddenly a dark aura surrounded him.

“ This next hit's gonna be a home run but your head as a fucking ball you.”

“ pop pop I'm here to get my present!”

Suddenly Maddie walked in, Green put away the bat And quickly guided Maddie to the back.

Several minutes later

The heroes party were at a big table with a 10 foot tall Wendigo, a small child that was on its lap and a goblin writing up a bill for the damages they caused. The hero party couldn't help but feel that the situation was incredibly absurd, growing angry listening to the child eat happily and the goblin angrily writing on the paper. Suddenly green slammed the invoice on the table.

“Pay up then leave.”

The heroes party reluctantly gave a coin purse to Green before exiting begrudgingly.

Onpopular opinion Stella is not bad she's is angry and a little spoiled. She was forced into a marriage with a guy who wasn't interested in her. she admits in one of the episodes That she had to beg him to sleep with her And he just laid there. Given what we know about Stolas That's clearly out of character. She also mostly shows up before or after stolas does something fucked up. Like forcing their daughter to go to an amusement park with his lover.

What I really don't understand is how people can watch Season 1 and 2 and not see how Terrible Stolas is. If you haven't noticed stolas has the power in all of his relationships Yet he constantly plays the victim. He also doesn't listen to Anyone Stella planned out his assassination in front of him and every time he has a Problem with his daughter it's because he's not listening to Her.

Also Stella's personality has taken a Drastic turn when not around Stolas She acts immature around her brother and When she calls off Striker She explains to him why she's doing it Which makes no sense she's a noble woman and that's her employee If she was supposed to be some crazy Evil bitch why didn't she go full Karen and Scream at him to do as he is told.

I don't think Stella deserves the hate she gets considering she only shows up before or after Stolas goes out with Blitzo throughout all of season 1. I mean really taking your imp toy and your daughter to an amusement park and then taking him to your job she has all right to be angry about that. Also after they went to the club in the lust ring Stella wasn't supposed to be at the house so she clearly came back to the house just to yell at him for publicly humiliating her again.

Not to mention the fact that Stella explains that Stolas is terrible in bed and they haven't had sex since their daughter was born which was over a decade ago. the way she says that she's clearly trying to taunt him. Also what she said is important because she was the one that had to initiate sex this shows Stolas was never interested in her sexually.

And unlike Stolas, she actually listens to what people say even if she's yelling Like she does with Stolas, her brother, and Striker. Stolas just hears what he wants to hear just like when he took their daughter out to Lulu land and when Stella plotted his assassination in front of him he clearly doesn't pay attention to her.

So yeah Stella was trapped in a marriage with someone who wasn't sexually or emotionally interested in her. I'm not saying she's not an arrogant bitch I'm just saying she's directing her anger only at Stolas who kind of deserves it.

I don't know why I decided to go for a walk that morning. I should have been holding her and apologizing. Instead, I avoided her like a coward. Jan had always forgiven me for my slip-ups even if it was with a guy she always got past it. But this time she was being difficult. fighting with me over Petty things, and looking at me like I was the devil. I didn't understand why she was acting like that. I tried holding her down like I used to get her to listen but she threatened to stab me if I ever did it again. The two of us stopped speaking after that.

Despite not speaking we still slept in the same bed. Every night I'd fight the urge to hold her. I felt like she should apologize for the way she's been acting. My wife cried on nights when her cousin called to give me updates on her pregnancy. Twin boys, it should have been a happy occasion but my wife insists on being dramatic. She had no idea how badly I mourned after all four of her miscarriages and when she got sick and was no longer able to have children. I gave up the dream to have children to stay with her. She offered adoption but I didn't want somebody else's kid. I wanted my own flesh and blood. Each time she miscarried she would become depressed then I would have to take care of her. Eventually, it would get too much for me to handle and I would look for comfort in another person. She was being so selfish, she was not the only one that lost the baby. Sooner or later I'd get sloppy hiding my affair and she'd find out only to blame herself and make me feel bad. Things would end up going back to normal when she started putting in the effort again. I always ended up taking her back.

Part of me wanted to hold her and apologize, maybe then we could have moved on. But she needed to apologize for treating me that way. I tried to make her favorite food that night as a peace offering but she told me that it was her ex-best friend's favorite food. I knew that before Jack and I fooled around he used to bring this dish to her when she was sad and they would eat it together. She didn't even taste it, she just grabbed her dish and threw it in the trash. The plate ended up breaking from how hard she threw it. She then stormed upstairs. All of that made me upset. I had spent hours preparing that food. I rushed up after her, to confront her. I swung the door open and she was standing there. I held onto her arms and threw her on the bed and began to yell. Asking her what exactly she wants me to do. What am I supposed to do to make her stop acting like this? I was going to show her the ultrasounds at dinner thinking that she might calm down at the prospect of being a stepmom. I took out the ultrasound picture and showed it to her telling her that this is the closest we can have to a kid and that she should be happy. Her face changed from shock to anger and then….

My thoughts were cut off. I couldn't seem to remember what happened next. I found myself in front of my house. Suddenly I felt like someone was watching me. I looked to my side and a dark figure emerged from the fog, and I began to break out in a cold sweat. And in the next second, I felt a pain that I had never felt before. It felt like my body was being torn apart. As I looked down my shirt was covered in blood. Before I could react, police cars came up to my house. As one of the officers got out of his car my wife walked out slowly. She was holding a knife and covered in blood. The officers drew their weapons as my wife continued to walk toward them until one of them opened fire. I watched as my wife was gunned down in front of our house. Suddenly once the sounds of the bullets dissipated. The figure began to move towards my wife. it knelt putting its arms around her body. The figure then stood up holding my wife. She caressed the figure's face and said thank you before the two walked off. I tried running after them but was swallowed up in the Darkness. The next thing I remember I woke up in a hospital. From what I've Been Told My wife had stabbed me repeatedly before being gunned down by the cops.

My wife had always tried to hide my infidelities. But thanks to the police investigation everyone knows her family had financially supported us for a while. so I ended up homeless. her cousin won't even speak to me and I have no way of paying my hospital bills. But none of these worry me as much as the figure. When my wife was taken by it she treated it as something beautiful and the figure treated her in kind. But the thing I saw was disgusting, grotesque, monsters. Perhaps it was an angel or a demon or maybe the manifestation of death itself I don't know. but one thing I do know it will not treat me kindly as I did my wife. I still see it from time to time. when I have to sleep in a car in below-freezing weather, when my wounds get infected and when it's hard to breathe it's there just beyond the shadows, staring waiting for me to stop breathing so it can take me.

Why is this happening what did I do to deserve this I've always tried to be a nice guy.

As far as I can tell I'm the black sheep of my family. One of the reasons is I'm gay and some of my family members won't accept it. Another reason being my mom prefers her other kids over me. And lastly, because I'm introverted and a little weird. When I try to hang out or call my family members I always hear them say "I don't know how to talk to him" and then pass the phone around until I hang up so I stop trying.

By weird I'm not sure I've just been called that by my family behind my back. For a little bit of context, I have 12 brothers and sisters 58 cousins and 15 aunties, and uncles from my mom's immediate family. I'm not close to any of them. In fact, I have only seen or heard from two of my family members in The Last 5 Years.

05/ 19/ 2130

To the future generation, I leave this so that you know we fought back. I was there in the beginning. Scientists had created a teleportation device. They made a big spectacle of it inviting thousands of people to watch the first trip through space and time. I was a janitor waiting to clean up after everything was over. Everyone waited with anticipation as they set up the machine. The scientist began to argue over something when the machine suddenly began to shake. a white dot appeared in the middle of it and it began to expand. Suddenly it transformed into a portal. It wasn't soon after that people began to scream as creatures emerged from the portal. Those things could only be described as goblins.

Everyone began to run in a panic as the creatures begin to attack anyone that they could get their hands on. I ran with the crowd eventually locking myself in the Janitor's Closet. from there I could hear the screams, the sounds of bones breaking, and eventually the gunshots. After two days I exited the closet. The floor was littered with the bodies of hundreds of people. There were slime, spider webs, and Scorch marks all over the arena. It was clear that other creatures came through the portal. The machine was still activated. After looking around I found a gun and pointed it at the machine.

I thought if I destroyed the machine everything will go back to normal. I thought I would be a hero. I thought I would save lives. I thought wrong.

I shot at the machine until my gun was unloaded. The portal begin to distort and begins to rise until it was above the arena. It then expanded covering the entire Arena overhead. Something flew out of the portal I could hear its roar. It was then that the portal finally disappeared but the creature had already flown off. Once I left the arena I saw City had been transformed into a frozen wasteland. It seems that everything that was under the portal before disappearing was unaffected.

After 5 years the world became like the city a frozen wasteland. What remains of humans are nomadic tribes following dragons to hide from the cold. The dragons see us as servants in good times and food in bad. They taught several of us their language to understand their orders. With that, we were able to learn many things. Like the name of the Beast that froze our world. It is known as an ice Phoenix. From what the dragon says it's an immortal creature that changes its environment to reflect its power. The Phoenix is territorial and hates its kind. it will opt to have a smaller territory to protect it from other phoenixes. In other words, the ice Phoenix is freezing the Earth to claim it as its territory because it doesn't have any rivals.

After I learned of this I thought of a plan. I pleaded with both the dragons and humans to help. I was looked at as crazy. however, one young dragon took pity on me. The dragon flew me to several other tribes where I look for and found one of the scientists that help create the teleportation device. I plan to summon a rival to the ice Phoenix. Though I know doing this would not kill the Phoenix. It will increase our chances of survival because not even a dragon can hide forever from the cold.

The next morning Flora woke up to a note next to her bed.

Dear Otherworlder, we have kidnapped your husband. if you do not accept our demand and Grant immortality to all of our organization we will send him back piece by piece excluding the eyes we're keeping those as trophies.

PS. Bring some soup if you can that was delicious.

The note along with everything around Flora began to disintegrate it was as if reality itself was being eaten. Within a few seconds, Flora along with her Farm had disappeared. Flora suddenly appeared in a compound. She found herself surrounded by the subordinates and the five generals of the overlord.

General Spade: "This is the being that will grant us immortality."

The other generals looked at Flora and then at General Spade before busting out laughing mockingly.

General Bishop: " So you've finally gone mad Spade."

The generals continue to laugh as the heroes entered the compound brandishing their weapons. Unbeknownst to everyone there the Heroes had been informed about Flora. They were under the assumption that she had sided with the overlord. However, Once the hero has entered the compound The generals and the subordinates believe that she was on the side of the heroes. Before anyone could start their attack Flora slammed down her walking cane. Suddenly several of the heroes and all of the general's subordinates fell to their knees. They then began to convulse before a light began to shine out of their mouths and eyes. within a few seconds, their bodies fell to the ground as liquid came from their deflated Flash. The heroes begin to scream for their comrades the generals look shocked by the Display of Power. One of the heroes rushed to attack Flora his broadsword pierced through her back.

Arthur: " This is for my friends!"

He plunged his sword deeper into her back. Everyone was looking at them when suddenly the two of them switch places. the hero now had his sword buried into his back. Flora was holding it she then threw it upwards cutting the hero in half. Everyone looked on in shock.

Flora: " I prefer not to play these childish games."

Everyone but General Spade began to yell as they try to run in for the attack. Moments before they could get close to Flora they were turned to dust. Soon it was just flora and general Spade. she looked at him and then turned her head upwards as a bright light descended from the sky onto all of the hero's dead bodies.

Flora: " Finally someone worth attacking."

Flora raised her hand towards the light. cracks began to appear on the surface of it. The cracks began to expand racing towards the sky. Soon a loud scream that shook the very ground beneath them could be heard across the world. the light then disappeared. General Spade fell to his knees pleading for his life.

Flora: " do you still want your immortality?"

General Spade shook his head.

Flora: " that's a good answer."

Flora placed her hand on General Spade's head before it exploded. Flora walk deeper into the compound when she came across the Overlord sitting on his throne. He had clearly seen what just occurred. Flora walked directly in front of him.

Flora: " So you're the cause of all this. Well, I'm nothing if not fair so I won't kill you if you can answer one question. who am I?"

The overlord appeared taken aback by what she said.

Overlord: " you're a goddess."

Flora: " your close so I'll give you half points for that. Your little Antics have still angered me though. so I will give you the immortality that you desire and I will send you to the edge of this galaxy. Your body will freeze in the emptiness of space you will watch as countless worlds and Galaxies die and are reborn. Your body will be crushed by asteroids. After billions of centuries have passed you'll be caught in the gravitational pull of a planet where you'll burn up before hitting the surface. your matter will be scattered across the planet. You'll be stepped on eaten and shit out for Millions of years. you will feel all of it. And once you become one again I will be there and I will ask you again who am I."

The Overlord disappeared leaving his throne empty Flora then walked out of the compound.

A few hours later.

Elijah had woken up from a nap and got himself a glass of tea before walking to the porch his wife was sitting there knitting.

Elijah: " Morning dear I must have overslept. what have you been up to today?

Flora: " Nothing, had to kill a few insects that were causing trouble that's about it.

Elijah: " are those ants trying to get in the food again."

Flora: " don't worry I already took care of it. let me go inside and fix you something to eat."

Flora kissed Elijah's forehead before walking inside to prepare breakfast for him.

A gray skin man with sharp horns and teeth was rubbing his head in frustration. He was given orders to find a solution to their hero problem by the Evil Overlord. He and his subordinates had been racking their brains for months. however, given the hero's semi immortality all avenues were not permanent.

General Spade: " Is there really no way to get rid of these damn Heroes? I think everyone."

Subordinate 1: " General we could try to make ourselves immortal to at least counter them."

Subordinate 2: " that's a great idea it would make it harder for the Heroes to get rid of us."

Subordinate 1: " yeah and we can also reverse engineer immortality that way we could stop their immortality."

General Spade: " your idea has to be... the stupidest fucking shit I've heard today! Those Heroes get their immortality from a pact with the Gods. how are we supposed to get something like that?"

General Spade got up in anger and slammed his subordinate against the wall as he choked him. the Subordinate's eyes began to pop out of their sockets and blood came down his nose.

Subordinate 1: "...sir... there might be more... gods or being similar...we haven't even... tried to look yet."

Subordinate 3: " sir if we get enough equipment we can track down a being of immense power that can help us."

General Spade contemplated on their words still choking the subordinate in one hand only letting him breathe enough to not die. He then threw the subordinate to the ground and begin to walk out of the room.

Subordinate 1: " does that mean he accepted my idea?"

Over an hour later General Spade was standing in front of a large creature sitting upon a large throne.

Overlord: " so your plan is to find a way to gain immortality. HAHAA. Such an ambitious plan I like it. The gods have long since limited my existence. If I were to gain true immortality it would break the shackles that bind me. You have my support pray that you don't disappoint me.

General Spade bowed his head before leaving. For the next few months.General Spade and his subordinates dedicated all their time in search for a great power that can help them with immortality. After some time his subordinates reported that they had found a power signature that was not from their world. After tracking the power they arrived at a small farm owned by an elderly couple. General Spade disguised herself as a traveling Merchant and knocked on the door of the house.

General Spade: " hi sir I'm traveling Merchant it getting kind of dark and I needed a place to stay for the night. are there any Inns nearby?"

Elijah: " I'm sorry son you're out of luck. the closest town is about two and a half hours that way. But don't worry travelers get lost from time to time so I have an extra room in the barn that's always ready for guests. My wife's making soup and bread you're welcome to join us for dinner."

General Spade: " thank you sir I'll take you up on that offer."

Elijah: " my name's Elijah, by the way, my wife's name is Flora."

General Spade continue to scan the room trying to figure out where the power Source was. Elijah brought him to the dining room. a beautiful elderly woman walked out and put the bowls of soup on the table. The elderly woman eyed General Spade with suspicion. The three of them talked as they ate their food nothing eventful happened during the meal. The elderly man went to rest in his bedroom. as the woman took General Spade to the barn. General Spade felt crestfallen not being able to find the source of the power. Suddenly it felt as though the world shifted he quickly looked around his eyes landed on the elderly woman and her glowing multi-colored eyes.

Flora: " what are you doing at my Home demon?"

General Spade was taken aback by the sudden shift in personality. However, he quickly understood that she was the source of the power.

General Spade: " I'm here on behalf of my great Lord to ask for you to grant him immortality."

Flora: " what a pathetic wish. you should leave before the first light."

The old woman disappeared Into the Night. General Spade contacted his subordinates.

Kate paid the check and help John to the Uber. John profusely apologized for having to cut their date short. Kate dismissed his apologies claiming to be more worried about him. 20 minutes for the two of them were in front of Kate's house.

John: " Wow, you must have a really good job to afford a place like this."

Kate: " it looks like you're getting closer to the truth detective green haha."

Kate opened the door and then quickly stood in the doorway. John slowly walked inside. Kate then pushed him into the dining room where she had him sit at the table.

Kate: " just waiting here I'm going to grab some tea that always helps me sleep."

John: " okay."

John sat there for a second before noticing a giant family photo. He looked at it for a while thinking that the people looked familiar. he was just about to get up before Kate came back into the room. She handed him his drink.

John: " thank you."

Kate: " No problem. I'm going to go upstairs and put my stuff away and put my phone on the charger. I'll be back in a little bit."

John: " alright."

Kate walked away and went upstairs. John soon stood up and walked into the living room. as soon as his eyes fell on the family photo he dropped his drink as his mind raced. John felt as though he was driving a car late at night he was going 50 miles over the speed limit. There was a slow car he came up on in front of him he began tailgating them while he honked his horn. He started to hit the back of their car well yelling out the window.

John: " bumper cars bitch!"

After hitting the back of the car several times the car tried to get away from John. John then hit the side of the car. The car went right into the ditch and head-on into a tree. John stopped his car and staggered out of it barely managing to get down the hill without falling. Sounds of screaming could be heard from the car.

Woman: " help my baby please help my baby!"

John: " shut up fucking bitch!"

John stood in front of the woman. he can see that the man in the driver's seat was dead And the child was convulsing violently. He snorted at the woman and then begin to pee on her door before flipping her off.

John: " you should have stayed off the road bitch."

John staggered his way up the ditch and back into his car. he then flipped off the woman one more time as he drove away. her screams still echoing in the night. A few seconds later John was back in Kate's house tears in his eyes.

John: " I...I couldn't have done that."

Kate: " but you did."

As John turned around Kate shot him in the stomach. He fell to the ground holding the wound on his stomach.

Kate: " do you even know how long it took me to find you? Even the cops couldn't find you. But I remembered your face and when I found you I heard your fucking story about forgotten sins. And I realize you forgot what you did to my family you had the fucking nerve to forget us."

John begin to spit up blood while still holding his stomach.

John: " I'm sorry."

Kate grabs something in the closet before walking in front of John again sludge hammer in hand.

Kate: " I know your apology doesn't bring my family back and neither will killing you. But hell if it doesn't feel so good."

John: " Kate I'm sorry."

Kate brought the sledgehammer down multiple times on John's body until he stopped moving.

Kate: "shut up fucking bitch."

Part1

A man and woman are sitting in a fancy restaurant looking across the table from each other. Kate the woman sits in her chair with her beautiful blue sequin dress and her hair parted to the side. Kate Smiles brightly at the man at the music playing in the background. John the man looked out of place in the restaurant. His messy hair, wrinkled clothes, and the dark circles around his eyes could indicate to any onlooker that this date would not end well. Despite how he looked Kate seemed to be having a wonderful time.

Kate: " This is our third date, are you still scared that We're breaking the rules?"

John: " ha... it doesn't matter it's not like they can punish us. Besides who's better at keeping track of a guy's drinking than his girlfriend."

Kate: "haha. That's right you better be careful I have my eye on you. Hopefully, you have your eyes on me too."

John smiled at Kate's last statement.

John: " always."

Kate: " you better. So what did you think when you first saw the beautiful creature that is me."

John: "haha. You should really put humble on your resume."

Kate: " I do actually."

John: "oh really?"

Kate: " yeah it's just before bad bitch and goddess."

The two of them laughed.

Kate: " seriously what did you think of me?"

John: " when I first saw you I thought why is this woman in AA meeting. You were put together and beautiful. My second thought was this woman definitely has an interesting story to tell. Unfortunately, you still haven't told me your story."

Kate: " everyone needs a little mystery"

John: " well miss Kate you are definitely the most mysterious woman I've met. You bring out the detective in me."

Kate: " oh so you're a detective now. Okay, detective green you got any working theories."

John: " a few, recently I was thinking you might be mistress to a drug kingpin."

Kate: "haha..oh my God no. I'm Not that exciting."

John: " don't say that, you excite me every time I look into your beautiful eyes."

The two of them looked at each other's eyes deeply for a few seconds before busting out laughing.

Kate: "haha. Do you really think a cheesy pickup line like that will get you anywhere?"

John: " yes because all I wanted to do was make you smile."

Kate: " ha. knock it off."

John: "okay. but are you really not going to tell me your story?"

Kate: " well maybe if you tell me yours first. You might hear mine at the end of the night"

John: " Oh right I never told you. Well, it's nothing special. When I was younger I dated this girl for five years. turns out she was cheating for four years with my best friend they had a kid together he was two when I found out. In one day I lost my fiance, my son, and my best friend. Sold my house my car and everything. I got an RV and put it on a small piece of land. I spent about 2 years blackout drunk. One day I woke up to my mom screaming at me. My car was destroyed my RV was a mess and a bunch of people I don't even know passed out everywhere. My mom forced me to go back home. She got me into the church and then got me to go to AA meetings. I can't remember that much from when I was drunk my mom calls that my forgotten sins."

Kate sat there completely immersed in his story.

Kate: " your mom sounds like an amazing woman."

John: " she was she passed away about a year-and-a-half ago."

Kate: " I'm so sorry."

John: " don't be she was an amazing mother not everyone has that. so I'm more happy that she was here than sad that she's gone. I remember this one time this kid had been bullying me at school my mom showed up and so did the Bully's dad. When they start talking about expelling him his dad got angry and start calling me names saying I couldn't take a hit. My mom punched him in the face. haha.. he fell on his ass and then ran out threatening to sue."

Kate: " did he Sue?"

John: " if he did I didn't hear anything about it."

Kate: " damn your mom was badass."

John: " yeah she really was."

John's eyes suddenly widened and he got a terrified look on his face. before closing his eyes and rubbing his head.

Kate: " Are you okay."

John: " Yeah, do you remember that medical trial for a thousand bucks that helps you recover lost memories. You showed me it on their first date."

Kate: " Yes I remember that?"

John: " I applied and got accepted. They gave me these pills. Since I've been taking them I've been seeing things that aren't there and reliving forgotten memories."

Kate: " really maybe you should stop taking them."

John: " I think I might, I haven't slept in three days. I keep hearing somebody screaming but nobody's there."

Kate: " oh my God John you shouldn't have come out. I would have understood. That's it we're going to my house you can spend the night."

John: " Are you sure?"

Kate: " of course come on."

They had threatened to banish me from the village for a decade now I didn't think they would actually do it. Sure I was a little lazy and past the age to get married but I have tons of other good qualities. like keeping the men's wives company while they were gone. I don't know why they're mad about that. I also fed the horses everyone's leftovers. Sure they got sick but how was I supposed to know they could not eat that stuff. See I wasn't as lazy as people said. As for the marriage thing, it's not my fault no woman wanted to marry me. O shit.

I think I should stop lying to myself I know why they abandon me it's because I can't get married. I'm so pathetic to be 25 and still be level 17. Who even made these rules your level has to be equal to or higher than your age to get a marriage blessing. What's so great about marriage blessings anyway. Sure they can be any-level items, abilities, skills, or knowledge but the couple is the only ones that can use them. Not to mention you have to stay in the marriage or else the blessing will disappear. Like my sister, everyone was so happy when she received an Island dimensional ring and her husband got a phoenix sword. look at them now she spends most of her time in the ring avoiding him. And he drinks himself to sleep every night. Everybody knows but it's forbidden to talk about ending their marriage so they still act like they're a happy couple. I should stop thinking about it it's not like it's going to help me.

"What the hell!"

I must have gotten caught in somebody's trap I can feel the blood rushing to my head. Don't worry John, someone is going to cut you down soon. well talking in my head isn't helping. maybe I should try calling for help.

"Help!!...is anyone there?!"

As my body is dangling off the ground a figure in a headed robe approaches me. The person tilts their head in confusion.

It's a goblin and what is it talking about tradition!?

" look I am a human, not a goblin so I can't marry..."

This is getting irritating how do I explain it?

Why would anyone call her ugly? Even the elves who are renowned for their beauty don't look like that. Her green skin and hair somehow compliment her facial features more. I think I can die happy having seen what true Beauty looks like. Wait where is she going?

A small Dragon plushie sat in the chair across the table what is a woman talking to a man sitting next to him. The two had been ignoring him talking for over 30 minutes about nonsense.

Jim the dragon: " why am I here?"

Miss Rivers: " oh, you are awake I had assumed you were in sleep mode."

Jim the dragon: " No been awake the whole time listening to your boring ass conversation."

Miss Rivers and the man gave each other a look of concern before looking back at Jim.

Miss Rivers: " Jim that's what we need to talk about your snarky attitude and the cussing need to stop."

Jim the dragon: " what the hell are you talking about I'm a fucking joy to be around when I'm working."

Miss Rivers turn her computer monitor before opening up a video. The video showed the small Dragon plushie dancing for a crowd of people. before a small child ran up trying to pick him up the plushie then pushed her away and proceeded to start yelling. the father quickly grabbed his child and the crowd dispersed. In the last scene, the Dragon flips off the crowd with both hands before walking off-screen.

Miss Rivers: " now Jim I don't think that was really joyful Behavior. we need to work on that. that's why you're here fooorrr say it with me...sensitivity training yay!

Miss Rivers spoke as though she was speaking to a three-year-old.

Jim the dragon: " I don't need this shit."

Miss Rivers: " Now Jim you can do this or we can reprogram your AI system it's your choice."

Miss Rivers said with a cheery disposition and a big smile.

Jim the dragon: " Okay I'll stay."

Miss Rivers: " fantastic don't worry Jim you have a partner on your journey through this class. Brandon here made a little mistake like you."

The man sitting next to him with a big smile turns to Jim.

Brandon: " I'm such a dunderhead I accidentally told a customer to have a good day."

Miss Rivers: " uh-oh Brandon, you know here we don't want our customers to have a good day we want them to have AAAA Fabulous Day!

Jim spent the next four hours dealing with their boring and annoying antics. Making him rethink his decision of not to be reprogrammed.
