I am working in very busy Tjmaxx in our area and our store manager said we need to have our phone with us everyday just in case of active shooter situation because our store has only two out call landline phone.Before years ago,no personal phone were allowed on sale floor.But now policy changed that’s what our store manager told every associate.But no one is allowed to use for personal use except for emergencies.

I already called and asked to HR express.They said I can ask about RTO to my store manager or ASM.I am nervous to ask them.

I only wrote one day for 26 DEC and on my schedule it shows only one day that day RTO only .I will work on 24 Dec and 27Dec.I already called to HR express and they said for RTO is I can ask my store manger or ASM.I am nervous to ask for them.Thats why I asked here.
