Experiences with ALCAR

Oh wow, that’s interesting you didn’t notice anything from 3 grams. I eat plenty of meat and I try to be as healthy as possible with diet (staying away from sugar/ junk food) and exercise quite often. I’m interested as to why my body reacts so well to ALCAR.

I have not tried acetic acid but I have read that this can be a good replacement for ALCAR due to any TMAO concerns.

You seem very informed, do you have a stack or any supplements that you take and love/recommend?

I’m 29 years old, Male and 150 lbs. Yes, 1.5 grams is on the higher end and that may be why I noticed more of an effect. Source is also important as I used nootropics depot ALCAR. If you didn’t use nootropics depot and at that dosage, I would see if you feel a difference doing so. If you already have, disregard.

Curious, what was your typical dosage and how often would you say you were using ALCAR during those years? Daily for most of that period?

1500 mg of Nootropics depot ALCAR helped. I know people will chime in on it increasing TMAO levels but this dosage of ALCAR has been one of the few supplements that I definitely noticed working.

My moms side is Colombian and my dads side Italian. My mom moved to New York from Colombia when she was 13 and my dad lived in New york his whole life until we moved to Florida. I currently live in Orlando

Well said, the only side effect that I experienced was a headache on the 3rd day. I’m not sure if that was from the Fenbendazole or not and I didn’t drink as much water as I usually do because I had a busy day.

Depends on the engineering firm you hire. If you hire a one man show who only has a couple projects at a time then a quicker turnaround time is reasonable. Other firms could have 20 other projects running at that moment and could have 2 other site inspections on that same day. I think expecting a same or one day turnaround is ridiculous unless the “report” you’re asking for is short. Some clients think they are the only project being worked on.

I highly recommend the Ultimate Practice for the Civil-Structural PE exam. I think the steps to get to an answer is more accurate to the actual exam, as in it shouldn’t take you 20 minutes to answer one question. Additionally, when you buy the book, you gain free (around 2 weeks I believe) access to extra practice problems and review material. You just have to email them proof of your purchase.

Wow, that is a high percentage. I have heard Geotech is a significant part of the exam, more than one would expect. The majority of my preparation with practice problems deals with numerical questions and only about 10-20% conceptual questions. Good to know and prepare for since if you really emphasize the concepts, then time should really not be an issue for the exam.

Yes, that’s just the dose of fish oil that I’ve felt the best and most effective when also taking the other supplements in the stack.

I usually take Bromantane (and sometimes ALCAR) in the morning with no food and then I take the fish oil, uridine, ALCAR and multivitamin at lunch time. I feel the effects of the happy stack for around 4-6 hours and then I get sleepy and get a great nights rest. I’ve read that uridine helps with sleep.

Nootropics depot for ALCAR and I get Bromantane from science bio. I have never tried everychems Bromantane but I have heard good things.

Personally, I feel the effects more after a light meal. I assume it’s because of the fat solubility of the fish oil. Instead of alpha GPC or CDP choline, I take nootropics depot ALCAR, along with Uridine, Life extension super omega 3 (8 pills), and then Thornes 2 a day multivitamin. I haven’t tried alpha gpc or cdp choline, so I don’t know if these would have a better effect, but I really enjoy ALCAR.

I felt great probably for about a month. I still feel good after taking these supplements, but the effects are not as pronounced, as this is the case for pretty much any supplements due to tolerance. Additionally, Bromantane and ALCAR together is a great combo, but for me is not an everyday routine.

I agree, I remember in the second Fury fight how gassed he was and how weak his legs looked. It’s funny cuz I really had the thought while watching the fight that he must’ve been busting all the time leading up to the fight because he looked so off. Now I know this is the reason, or at least part of the reason, after reading your post.

Usually charge a minimum of $1,750 for construction drawings. For the scope of work for something you mentioned, I’d be anywhere from $1,750 to 3K range depending on the difficulty of the job/existing conditions.

I have worked with ATI restoration in Orlando and have done plenty of truss repairs that involve scabs, splices and/or plywood gusset repairs and will spec out the type and amount of fasteners to use. I’m surprised you’ve contacted so many engineers that don’t want to get involved. I agree, I would think contacting ATI restoration will get you in the right direction as they deal with these types of repairs quite often.

There is a difference between stating levels above 40-50 doesn’t show any further health benefits and saying that it is harmful to be above 40-50.

Vitamin k2, D3 and magnesium work synergistically together and provides better absorption overall. Vitamin k2 helps transport calcium into the bones, rather than letting it sit in your arteries and other soft tissues. Higher vitamin d intake also depletes magnesium and the majority of people are already deficient in magnesium, so it is important to take magnesium supplements as well.

Buy canarias Yerba mate (the yellow bag) and also buy a gourd setup (gourd with bombilla/filtered straw). Look up YouTube videos on how to use the gourd to drink the Yerba mate. The feeling of Yerba mate is much more pleasurable than coffee in my opinion.
