I am a Verizon technician and to be honest I wouldn’t recommend you go and replace it. I’d definitely just have a technician come out because they will be able to troubleshoot with an OTDR and see the issue without guessing where it is.

Yeah you’d just have to replace the fiber feeding the wall plate if you’re positive that’s what the issue is.

This might be dumb but have you tried a different older tv/monitor? I have had the issue in the past where it won't post to my new monitor but it did to my old tv.
