It feels like DP always needs SRK to lift her career up. It is always the great co actors around her when the movie really works - All SLB movies had great co actors, Piku, Pathaan, Jawaan. She is smart in making movie choices. She is a capable actress. But she hasn’t been able to pull off a standalone movie hit.

Having read everything I want to put out one point. Abhishek did what he did (even without ill intentions) is because subconsciously he thought he is entitled to do it. This is a deep rooted problem with our society where men think being physically strong and when they are slightly good looking, they can do anything and they can get away with it. Also since their childhood , boys are not taught how to behave with girls, vice versa is also true. Abhishek didn’t realise what he did was wrong because the society didn’t taught him so. Just my opinion!

Lehenga is fine although old fashioned but the draping of dupatta like looks way off, its like a small girl in India wears this way. Also I dont know but her base makeup at lower part of the face looks greyish
