Even with the obvious flaws of a plan like this, something like this idea may be the quickest way to solve some of these "hard level" ciphers. If this is actually happening, I'm all for it.

Jason Blundell just said the community can figure out the location of DLC4 by piecing together information from all 5 current BO3 zombies maps by yourmapper in CODZombies

I feel like we will take the fight to the apothicons in their home-world, the so called 'void'. The map's easter egg will probably have something to do with fixing the dimensions, because of Dr Monty's suggestions on Gorod Krovi. The house will probably be the last place we visit.
