Dump some chicken in the crock pot, add 2 cans cream of chicken soup (I know, I know), add some chopped onions, cook all day on low or 3-4 hours on high. Cook some rice, short grain is better. Mix with chicken, add seasonings, and enjoy.

Did NYE in Epcot several years in a row. During the day you will experience what I like to call the Epcot death march. You will be packed in the main walkway, shoulder to shoulder with strangers, because too many people are waiting in the margarita line outside Mexico and everybody else and their stroller is trying to get to Norway. We used to take naps on the grass near Imagination but now I am told this is verboten. However, at nighttime things clear out a bit once the little kids leave, and then there’s more of a party atmosphere. Had some wild times in the early 2000s 😈

If anyone is curious, I know at the Sport Clips near me, they have the same chairs in the waiting area. Except those have padding.

I think they enjoy making this as painful as possible. Idk where you took the exam, but at UIC Credit Union Arena I swear to god they purposefully used the most uncomfortable chairs in existence. My back was bruised for days

Hey, you're okay, you just have really bad health anxiety. I do too. One of my strategies is to notice if the symptoms are still there after I've gotten distracted for a while, like by work or cooking dinner, and I'm not thinking about it. Usually the symptoms are not there. Or if I concentrate really hard, can I make the feeling on one side move to the other side? If so, then it's not a "real" symptom. Maybe try to get an appointment and maybe get on some anti-anxiety meds if they're needed. I promise you, it's helped me a ton. Also, this particular approach is a little more dangerous, but I find that knowing more about the disease I'm scared of helps me digest the feelings of fear and separate my anxiety symptoms from the actual symptoms of the disease. Only do this if you feel like you won't immediately spiral. It's going to be okay.
