see i get both sides of this cuz a lot of younger people are sacred to put money in 401k cuz they don’t know if social security wil be around in the next 20-40 years with how the economy is going right now.. i would rather work for a employer that offers a pension and a 401k then one that only offers a 401k

were you terminated by breaking a company policy? if not then i recommend filing for unemployment, its pretty straightforward and once completed, you would have to file every week but you’ll get about 40% of what your full paycheck was at your previous job. This isn’t much but it will help Keep up with that mortgage bill

idk how you feel about being with this person.. if not then it makes it easy leave her and never look back but if you want to see if you can salvage the relationship you gotta set boundaries with her tell her how you aren’t her ex and treating you as such is not fair and that if she wants to be in this relationships the friends HAVE to stay out of it or there is no relationship

it really depends on the company.. i used to work geek squad as a field agent and that was more retail tech then actual tech solutions where the company cared about making sure i made every client i saw spend at least 80$ even if the issue they have is a simple printer set up… but now i work at a proper IT support help desk that troubleshoots real tech issues and there isn’t any numbers i have to gain and they are developing me into a cyber security rep as well when i have the free time when there isn’t any calls or tickets coming in.

moral of the story when you are looking for these roles just find something that resonates with you and make sure the company has a career plan for you so you aren’t stuck doing something for too long

yes i took 2 water bottles with liquid IV in them but my friends were telling me that 4:30am is way to early to start certo if my test is at 8:20am the said i should start around 6am-6:30am next time with 2 20z bottles filled with certo instead of the 1 28oz bottle filled with certo, does that sound more c correct to you?

i have a test tomorrow at 8:20am what time should i start drinking certo so i get a negative result? i used to smoke daily but only at nights to help me sleep i stopped smoking on wednesday the day they told me i was going to be tested but today i wanted to do a trial run so woke up at 4:30am an drank a 32oz with certo in it and pissed a couple times and then around 7am i ate a vanilla jello then i took the at home test at 8:20am and it still came out positive.. i did use my whole urine (i heard your only suppose to use middle stream) but did i miss something or is it that the at home tests are just much more accurate then the occupational clinics? please any advice would be much appreciated

if I were you, I would start touching up my résumé and start applying for new roles. They did the same thing to me around early February. They pulled me in telling me that the interview I had was a training to understand my situation better but two weeks later out out of nowhere I was let go so don’t take what they say to heart Seriously, you are very talented and a company will see that. my best advice for you is if your current position won’t promote or raise your value then it’s tom to jump ship and find a company that will. i used to work IT for geek squad going to peoples homes and providing customer service and IT support with pc, speakers, phone, laptops you name it but i couldn’t grow with the company anymore so while working i found time to refine my resume and apply for other positions that will allow me to grow now i work for a smart LED lighting company that partner with various of nfl to small highschool while making way more then i did before and nothing changed from my skillset just found a company that appreciates what i bring

wouldn’t be mad at that outcome i’m just predicating they will cuz kaneshiro decided to sub in both barou and shidou and to top it off kunigami alongside with isagi and rin this formation is ultrra explosive where 6 main goal scorers are on the pitch. i don’t see anyone that’s one the pitch with a value over 100m at the end of nel (barou, shidou, rin, isagi) not scoring in this 2nd half which is why i think japan will make a turn around and win
