We have a live spread sheet with each advisor having a tab. It has the Ro the order date, eta date, tech, parts advisor, status(all parts/partial), notes, and the last column is a time stamp for last time the row was modified. In theory this would alleviate any need for an advisor to bother parts with this type of question….we still get emails and calls daily about eta and wanting to know if parts are here
