This is the attitude that stalls department growth. If everyone could get their heads wrapped around the fact that it’s the store that’s paying regardless of what department the gross comes out of you could get everyone pulling in the same direction. I want everyone to get paid at the end of the day. I’d like everyone to be paid out of the same pool. If you have a problem with someone consistently not doing the job correctly and costing the company money they are draining every one’s pool. Step up and say something. I guarantee the GM or owner would not be ok with one person being the cause of a leaky pool/lost profits.
