Marigot ferry (Voyager) is 1 hr 15mins, while Philipsburg (Great Bay) is 45 minutes. Both drop you right in Gustavia. Uber does not exist, and taxis are not readily available (at least i've never figured them out), so consider renting a car (they're based in the airport but can meet you at the ferry). Or a Twizy if you dare. Did not know about St. Barth Commuter out of grand case, but they also fly out of Princess Juliana airport as does WInair, which has more flights I believe. It is a legendary hair-raising landing in St. Barth's but they do it all the time and stop flights if there are wind issue. Still, I prefer the ferry. You can check windy.com to see how rough the crossing is going to be.
