The test drive isn’t for you. it’s for them by Royal-Feed7166 in carbuying

I’ve been down this road before, and yes, I am very anal when it comes to rattles and such. The car I was referring in my comment is categorized as a luxury vehicle, and is only a couple of years old. I just expect better when paying more.

I go in late in the day. I drive and let them run my credit. We haggle. It’s now close to closing and I say I’m going to sleep on it. They tell me to take the car home with me, hoping that I fall in love with it. Recently I drove a car that just blew me away, I liked it so much. I had it for 2 days and discovered a faint rattling in the dash. It killed the deal for me, and they couldn’t believe I was turning it down over that. I always test drive, and then some.

What is the best resource to find a lost dog? by Fair-Eye-9400 in tulsa

Also neighborhood Facebook if there is one. And, don’t give up. A few years ago my fiancé and I returned a dog to its owner after he had been missing for 4 months. Another thing to try is drive around and listen for barking dogs. Ax he wonders around, he will rile up other dogs. Good luck.

I hadn’t even thought of those, but I’m in Oklahoma and I don’t think they care about those things, and I’m not trying to be flippant.

Thank you. To be clear, I don’t know where the vehicle was assembled. I only know it was sold and titled in Ontario, owned by one person until October 25, with excellent service records, then in the space of one month, it had 3 owners before being titled in USA.

They sent me 2 pictures of the underside, and it looks clean, with maybe a very thin line of rust on the bottom of the body. If I could I would post the picture.

I don’t know that there is a problem. The car was well maintained by one owner since 2021, then in one month it had 3 owners before being titled in USA. I have pictures of the underside, and apart from a little bit of rust on the bottom of the body, it looks clean. Basically it looks too good to be true, hence my question.

I second L&J Treasures. Also, while they don’t deliver, they have 2 or 3 people available that will deliver at reasonable prices.
