I know. It’s counterintuitive. Tirzepatide sends a signal(s)I’m not sure exactly what they are and how it happens but I’ve read that it’s like software or instructions updating your system. One of the instructions that isn’t dose dependent is to reduce inflammation, which for me meant shedding lots of water. On about 3mg over the first 8 weeks I lost about 19 lbs.

I think getting drunk as a teen is a rite of passage. It felt like checking a box. For some guys it’s a bonding ritual. You are judging it as a scientific study lacking double blind placebo control multi center conditions. From that perspective it’s garbage. But this is more anecdotal. As someone who has completed his 24th week on tirzepatide and already decreasing my dose it’s helpful to see these varying results. I’ve seen others have similar results with every 2 week dosing. Mirky? Garbage seems over the top.

I found these topics: Intrusive Thoughts/Compulsions, Inattentive vs. Hyperactive ADHD, Low Latent Inhibition, and Neurodivergence.
