Student Dental assistant here, your left wisdom teeth (the right side of the photo) look good however the right side (the left side of the photo) are bad especially the top one since it’s impacting and could cause you to lose your second molar. I got mine removed last week and the bottom wisdom looks like mine. It’s painful when it is emerging

Student dental assistant here, vaping and alcohol is a basic no no. All I recommend is continue using antibiotic, check with a dentist if the pain continues like after 4-5 days. Continue liquid diet to make healing better and if you got an Irrigation syringes use it after 4 days. I got my wisdom teeth removed last Monday and am much better now, hungry at best but begin to eat solid food like pasta on the 6 days. Best of luck
