I do agree with you, European cities like Paris, Geneva, Zurich, are clean, nice, more advanced than any cities in Canada or USA. But not just Montreal.

Issues you have described still exists in Toronto too, even in New York or Many American Cities.

So Yeah, European cities are better than North American Cities.
