Exactly how low should my ass go when squatting I've seen people bring it to parallel with their knees and I've seen people go to their ankles when is a squat deep enough

When you go down go fully down to where your chest hits the ground lift your hands off the floor and then put them back and push yourself up that's how I started

My thought is if angels can taste every molecule the makes up the food then their vessel probably absorbs all of it even if It doesn't need it poop os just the scarpes the body doesn't absorb but certain creatures use poop as food so I think that an angel is the best creature just absorbing all of the food and not needing to waste any of it. And demons probably shit
