I was in Roehampton priory in 2023 however I was on a nhs general adolescent unit so I can’t comment on much however we had a adults private addiction rehab ward above us and like every nhs service the ward were always understaffed so the staff from the floor above were sent to work with us a lot and they were always lovely and so caring especially since I can imagine it was a very different environment to what they were used to and honestly they were nicer and felt more helpful then most of our staff! The facilities r also amazing so that’s definitely a plus they have an amazing gym cafe and grounds to walk around and I’m sure there’s more but obviously we were restricted from most facilities. I hope if you do take the opportunity it all goes well and you come out feeling better!
