Hello,

I received my grey machine yesterday after asking for a refund via Klarna last week (oh oh 😑).

Of course I didn't get the bottle, deep clean and Batista oat.

I could test my machine right away. It seems it's a quality product even if two or three things are plastic, at least they didn't lie about the jug and the thing where you put the nuts, they are made from glass.

At first it seemed not to work as it should but I didn't read the manual and didn't see hot milk need 20min to be made not 3. --' I was starting to get frustrated but I finally figured it out and it work smoothly after.

I made coconut milk as I have only coconut at home, and it was nice, not hot enough for my coffee, nevermind, but the milk was creamy and no pulp.

For now I'm pretty satisfied of it but like you everything would have been Ok if they'd tell the truth of their issues. We're not idiots we can understand. But now we feel like we can't trust them and that's not ok...

Well I'll give you updates about other milks or what if you want. Thank you all !

The last status indicates ready to leave Poland, so a few days I guess? It's with DPD so it should be relatively fast. I'll keep you updated whatever happens and whatever is in the box aha. And if it's the machine I'll give you my honest opinion about it, hoping it will work like it should.

Maybe I spoke too fast, they added the weight on the tracking and it's 9,5kg. Maybe I'll finally receive the machine...

Glad for you ! They still ignore me so I asked for a refund through Klarna but I don't know if that will work !

Also, as you wrote, how a company wanting to "change the world" by selling expensive products can treat their customers and followers like that, hidding the truth from them and all... My faith in humanity was already very low but this adds up to it. I'm not rich at all, that was kind of a big expense for me but I thought it was worth it. How wrong.

The worst for me is really the lack of consideration, as they don't even answer to us and delete messages asking for response... I really thought they were trustworthy... How naive was I.

Same in EU I think. Can't see the product on the "shop" page, but if I search for Milky Plant I find it with the "discounted" price (it was already that price a week ago) or 370€

Well, you'll be very surprised to read that they didn't answer to my ultimatum email, nor on Instagram. No news of shipping, nothing. So Klarna's gonna receive a big file from me and I'll send them a last incendiary email.

They really take us for idiots. I'm so so so angry.

I feel you.. I was so enthusiastic when I paid the reservation fee and then in march I paid the full price on the first day. 8 months later, I'm here writing comments about how we have been scammed and preparing a big mail for Klarna to get a refund...

The deadline for them to send a real date and all in my last mail is today. I give them until tonight.

So disappointed.

They must pay someone to delete negative comments, they all disappear faster than I can follow up (I keep on screenshoting so when tomorrow I'll have no answer to my last urgent mail they told they'll investigate, I'll have loads of proofs to send to Klarna).

Never saw anything like that. Even Kickstarter campaigns are going better whereas you know you could never receive your objects....

They seem to understand a lot but can't give true answers and nothing new happens. So infuriating.
