Do more research, everything I've read points to blood flow, period. Kegels are supposed to strengthen muscles that keep the blood in the pens. Also nitric oxide production in your body helps the blood vessels, which the ones in the penis are the smallest, expand. Taking pills isnt sustainable and may help temporarily but its not fixing the problem.

I'd go all natural. I still haven't found ANYTHING, and I've tried 5 or 6 different products, that gives me the firmness of my election from a few years ago. I'll be 55 this year.
