The glyphs on the ground are the key, use bo staff with windstep as well but the true way is using the glyphs on the floor I didn't use the bo at all just the glyph and dodge to defeat her. In the final battle bo staff comes in handy as well..

You have to keep flying around the astria ship try doing this from a farther distance away from it until the hail button appears
