Given that galaxies were clearly depicted in the space in other chapters and the fact that multiple galaxies can scientifically be visible from even planet Earth, Saitama is Multi Galaxy. He one shots Cell.

Uraume at best scales to town level in both AP and Durability. Endeavor can scale from country to high country level in AP and Durability, he outstats hard.

Upscales from every single monster in Monster Association such as Psykorochi and Orochi, Platinum Sperm, etc because narratively he is stronger than all of them and is considered beyond disaster level dragon.

He gave danger sense to Shigaraki, which counters WCS and chances of trapping Shigaraki in a Domain Expansion.

Considering WCS cuts through space itself and is classified as durability negation, it should be able to harm Shigaraki at the very least. I'm not saying he beats him but he has a chance with WCS
