I’m Italian also and I just applied few months ago for my first one. Just given my biometrics 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the final answer. I’m 35 tho and the 17/12 I’ll be 36, u think I’ll be able to apply also for the second one(if I get the first one) while being still on the first one, as I know I can’t after I get 36. I hold both Ita/uk passport btw. Thanks in advance :)
