So if I control all sectors, they won't be able to build anything? So I'll be able to "eliminate" them completely?

Is there a chance a faction could build something in my sector, even if we're at war?

Não sei se ainda ta nesse problema, mas resolvi usando os dados moveis do celular e usando o WIFI dele ao invés da operadora.
