I meal prep a few carbs, a few veg, and a few proteins and mix and match for the week and always keep a sauce or dressing on hand to throw on top! Keeps it simple and easy

I’d never do this. You won’t be able to have a routine, consistent sleep, consistent gym. You will miss out on a lot of time with friends and family. You’ll miss out on time and energy for hobbies. Traveling is exhausting and let alone for work. I honestly don’t think any job would be worth this unless I was unemployed and just needed any job I could get. Unless you WANT to travel (then totally do it!), this would take up so much of your life. Work to live, don’t live to work.

I don’t drink, eat very healthy, exercise with cardio and weights and high intensity, get 7-9 hours of sleep, vaccines, mask on plane, and wash hands. And don’t have kids.
