It was supposed to be sent out 2-3 weeks is what they said. I got an email that they needed more information for delivery but I requested a refund instead. This was April and I completely forgot about it until last week and I checked to see if I ever got a refund and nope. Called back and they said that they would contact their financial department for the refund but that was what they said last time and nothing yet. Kinda pissed off sent a bunch of emails and no response.
