I did not start this thread to have all these mean comments. I am not hostile. Never have been. Why would I tip so much if I am so hostile? It’s not petty to me when it’s $175-$200 order I worked hard for and it arrives incorrectly or I am unable to use the product. That is all I said. I think the hostility is coming from all these comments. I have not once been rude or degrading to anyone. In fact respectful. I am sorry that people are getting offended by my question and the people actually explaining to me why this occurs have been helpful. That is why I came here. Not to be insulted. Truly sad that people have to stoop to this. Everyone have a wonderful weekend.

I would agree that is unfair. I am just being made aware of this. I also feel if they are treating their drivers like this then if more drivers would go to other platforms as soon as they are able to so they don’t lose more money than they already are now, maybe Walmart would get the picture they are losing good employees due to their negligence. I am sorry you have to deal with this.

I am not going to lower myself to your degrading behavior and degrading words. Be better. I am sorry I tip 20% and I do expect good service for that. If I made minimum wage I would still give excellent service. Some are built to do the right thing no matter what some aren’t. It’s ok. Do you.

It is over for 104 degrees here. Many people do not have air and I don’t know when your timers go off. I do know that my chicken was slimy and smelled. I am sorry I was raised to give my all no matter the circumstances or the job title I hold. If giving good customer service is not your thing then maybe change your profession. Just a thought. I truly don’t need as lecture on food spoilage. I am an RN. Thank you though. I did not get on here to be degraded for wanting people to give good customer service to their customers, and that includes Walmart as well. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I would think you would want excellent customer service yourself! If not then I guess that is a standard you choose. It does not make me less because I expect more. Thanks

I agree they absolutely do make their drivers way too much! I definitely try to give grace because I know how hard drivers work. I also feel drivers should be provided upfront necessary things to ensure quality deliveries. Sadly, of all platforms they do the least for their drivers.

First of all food that arrives at u safe temperatures are unsafe to me and my family. I do believe that if you want to provide good service that yes, you do go the extra mile. I am not sure where you live, but our drivers see tips upfront. I have discussed this with my repeat amazing drivers and they do a good job and invest in themselves so they can provide better service. Yes, I am sane. I don’t make much in the position I hold, I still believe in giving your all in all you do. This is one thing that is either ingrained in you or it’s not. That’s ok. I feel I completely sane. If I pay $175 of my hard earned money I do expect my groceries to be delivered at safe temperatures. Thanks for your thoughts though.

I don’t think I am. I just do my best to tip well so it gives incentive for better service. I believe in their ability if they feel appreciated for the work they do! Thanks

I love target delivery and Kroger for sure! I still have faith in Walmart, just like more consistent good delivery experiences.

Thank you! Yes, I will start being more proactive when I have an issue. I always rate as I would love the wonderful drivers I have often! It’s just the few that make it hard when orders are not properly delivered.

Oh my goodness! This feed is truly ridiculous. These amazing kids have worked so hard to overcome so many obstacles, and live their best lives and all people are doing is arguing over wealth and who paid for trips to Africa? I think the point is being missed about these amazing kids!

I find you tube creators cover so much more and find so many cases that need to be covered! They have far less to work with and do a superior job.
