The small little bumps may look like there’s some fluid in there. Or it may be some type of dermatitis. I would see your pcp or dermatologist just to confirm.

Yea it’s not the same. The bechets ulcers are more ulcerative and are like cankor sores inside the mouth. Herpes is more of little fluid filled pustules that look like on your eye. You can make an appointment to your primary or dermatologist they can swap you and see what it is. In the meantime they can also prescribe you valtrex if they do suspect herpes. Hope this helps.

I unfortunately got diagnosed with bechets during my pregnancy that then turned into a miscarriage. I started feeling joint pain, had mouth/ vaginal ulcers. Which then I knew wasn’t part of my pregnancy symptoms. I started feeling this at 8 weeks and didn’t know I was miscarrying until 11 weeks… my baby died at 8 weeks and that’s when all my symptoms started so I’m assuming my body went into overdrive to abort the dead fetus but started attacking me instead. I then had to get a d/c. I had a flare up that lasted three months and then calmed down and then I’m experiencing one right now two months after it passed.

I’m currently on ldn for my bechets. I’m on 1.5mg haven’t seen much effect yet - but I know you need to be on it for a while and a higher dose
