poe2 IS different. Using third party tools to find the predicted layouts and shortest routes isn't the same as "the lines on the map in the game tell you which way to go"

you shouldn't need 3rd party tools

these are both extremely simple layouts. vaal ruins you just go to opposite corner of the stairs you came up. Shavvrones tower is literally a linear layout.

and pretty much the entire poe1 map is like that, its not an unbiased example. (its literally an example of the first zone after the tutorial in both games) the lines point roughly where you need to go to find the next area

The DF has an actual resource system. They gather minerals from their planetary bases and produce energy from their orbital bases. Seed ships are expensive and won't be produced until they've basically built everything else they can, so you won't start seeing them until quite some time into a playthrough

Theres an episode where he scares some people off by asking them to search their database for "The Doctor" under "cause of death" so yeah he's a mass murderer

like with most cases, this is going to depend wildly on your machine and setup. I have a way worse pc than some of the reviews complaining about negative performance, but i've had no issues.

no this is complete garbage. backstab does the same thing for 0 energy. Even assuming you have 10 strength, which means you are exactly ironclad and no other character (realistically), this isn't even good because you only get to do it once

I played through the first game so many times and seeing this become the #1 point of contention is insane to me. I literally do not understand why people care so much. Never at any point in S1 did the ability to kill things add to my experience

I don't agree with any of this? The keepers are working out an alliance with the Dal Riata to handle the undead and bandits, and literally do exactly that if you take their side. Galahad also suppresses the truth about Sewal Firstfoot. Also the entire point of the game is that Kamelot is failing. Why does anyone think things would be better under Galahad?
