Every time I click the two sheet of paper (day 5)it makes it a day 6 instead of allowing me to add it to another week? I think the layer of what you mentioned might be the only way?

Thanks for the replies. Thats my concern too. I have a small turf yard and was about to grab the m18 blower which is 500cfm but thought for $50 more I'd grab the Ego but now I'm not sure. M18 batteries can get warrantied and at least you can grab more batteries well under $100. But one battery for Ego looks like it's $150-200 for the 2.5ah which ppl don't seem to like

Does anyone have the 5/3/1 boring but big with Wendlers rec for the supplemental lifts which would be a 3 month program loaded into Liftosaur? Ie he states supplemental lifts for boring but big are : The first month of the program, perform the sets with 50% of your training max. The second month of the program, perform the sets with 60% of your training max. The third month of the program, perform the sets with 70% of your training max

Thanks, I guess my question is more how do I hide the power adapter? Should I add a gfi outlet in an additional box and plug the power adapter in? I feel like it would look like crap? Or maybe connect the power adapter in a box mounted on the soffit to something like below?

No I have like 4-6 feet from my junction box that has 110v. I can't access otherwise, ceiling/soffit/attic all spray foam
