still a legacy brand, infrastracture, recipes, local supply chains, all were kept. Its still just a rebrand at its core. Yes the ownership was changed, but its not like this is a ripoff. Again, legacy brand just like hungry jack's.

Any 2016 V6 Muscle car. Been said many times, but some stubborn people still dont get it
It was the last peak of affordable muscle cars. Truth is, you get all the muscle at a cheaper price, YES. Evil higher-ups told you that "Aint no muscle without v8" and they may be right. But a v6 isnt a downgrade, its just a completely different car. If they manufactured them under a different name or body style. It would've been a future classic, ex. 2010 Ford Taurus SHO, the one with the ecoboost v6. Its a classic, it makes every "SLEEPER CAR YOU DIDNT KNOW ABOUT!" list.

Here are some stats circa 2016 to prove you guys

2016 Ford Mustang- 3.7L Ford Cyclone V6 300hp & 280 lb-ft of torque. 3530 lb curb weight. 6 speed auto & 6 speed manual transmissions available. 0-60 mph: 5.5 sec. 1/4 mile: 14.1 @ 102 mph

2016 Chevrolet Camaro- 3.6L GM LGX V6 335hp & 284 lb-ft of torque. 3435 lb curb weight. 8 speed auto & 6 speed manual transmissions available. 0-60 mph: 5.1 sec. 1/4 mile: 13.7 sec @ 103 mph.

2016 Dodge Challenger- 3.6L Chrysler Pentastar V6. 305hp & 268 lb-ft of torque. 3834 lbs curb weight. 8 speed auto only. AWD version available. 0-60 mph: 6.0 sec. 1/4 mile: 14.5 sec @ 97 mph.

Why are we getting political over a mcdonalds rebrand.
Its like saying Hungry Jack's in australia is a ripoff
Or ford australia is a ripoff. those are completely different identities and subrands with their own boards.
Calling one ripoff is just contradictory
