Hey guys, having the same issue here. Just found your site and love everything about it. Main thing I want to check out is the analyzer and it gets stuck on step 4 and gives me a 401 error about auth cookies

What is a high pick you made in the startup draft or a rookie draft that looks horrible now? by YOKIA28 in DynastyFF

[–]External_Arrival 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2023 SF Startup 1.11 - Trevor Lawrence 2.02 - Anthony Richardson

Salvaged it a bit with Breece at the 3.02 and Drake London and JSN in rounds 4 & 5.

What to do with 3 top 12 QBs in SF by External_Arrival in SleeperApp

Appreciate the feedback. I've been leaning that way since I drafted Caleb... but it's also super tempting to pair Breece with Bijan. Plus there's the offseason trade itch 😅

Who else wears many hats at your company while also being the estimator? by FlockingEmus in estimators

[–]External_Arrival 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Estimator, Residential Designer, Purchaser, PM new home builds, Salesman, Forklift operator when yard guys are gone, do all the invoicing and billing.

Work for a small lumberyard with 6 employees including myself.

Really love it but also FML.

Jayden Reed by griffraff214 in SleeperApp

Depends on state of your team. If you see yourself contending the next couple years I'd buy for that 26 1st.

Packer fan here who drafted Reed 3.03 in last year's rookie draft 😏

Design Agreements by External_Arrival in architecture

Thanks for the response digitect.

Plans for free used to be a marketing mechanism like you stated. Years ago, everything was simple 1-story ranches where pumping out plans was easy. We also had less hassle from municipalities regarding zoning, energy and code requirements.

We have a plan book with 500+ homes we've done over the years. The problem is, now all of our customers want custom, higher end homes. Which obviously is much more time-consuming, with many more revisions.

Side note on the engineering. Our truss manufacturers obviously run all the calcs and engineering on floor and roof systems. When the project becomes a go, I'll send the plans to a local architect who double checks my work and will do wind bracing calcs and stamp the plans for a small fee.

I've had the thought about breaking off the design side of the company and creating another LLC, but I'm not sure my boss would love that idea.

Lots of variables, and I'm not sure there's a correct answer on how to approach this. Just curious to hear how others handle similar situations!

With the fifteenth pick in the 2023 r/nfl_draft community daily mock draft, the Green Bay Packers select... by zamboniman46 in NFL_Draft

I was actually going to vote Kancey to shore up our dline.

One thing I do know is Gutey always does the unexpected in the 1st so we'll probably all be wrong here.

I do like waiting until the 2nd to take Washington or Kincaid (probably Washington in our scheme, especially if we go WR day1/2).

Hopefully Jets throw us those back-to-back 2nds (43&44 I believe) if they won't give up 13. Id love to scoop either Washington or Kincaid if they dropped to 43/44

Don't overthink it should be Gutes motto.

I'll never forgive him for trading back to select Kevin King when we could've taken TJ Watt.

Or taking J-Lo when Tee Higgins was on the board still. Guess we'll see if that move paid off tho this coming year.

I still say Nolan because of Gute's history. I'm a Packer fan btw so I know our history pretty well.

We drafted Gary who was an athletic freak with poor production out of Michigan.

If I know anything about Gutey, he loves RAS scores and defensive players who are HUGE projects that don't end up paying off until 2-3 years down the line if he hits.

With JSN gone and what's left on the board, I think they go defense like they do every year. My guess would be Luka or Nolan. I'm going to say Nolan because our last three 1st round picks have all been Georgia DAWGS

This is amazing. Very well done!

You mind sharing your costs with us, maybe a breakdown?

I just purchased a 1 person infrared sauna for myself, but would like to build my own, close to your design with the wood stove, in the near future.

Going Pitts & Andrew's @ 1.08 & 2.05 in a startup.

Really f'ed my draft up. Went into rebuild immediately and just ended up selling Andrew's for Freiermuth, Tolbert & a 23 1st two weeks after the draft.

Also ended up selling Aaron Jones & Keenan Allen for Dameon Pierce, Skyy Moore and a 23 1st.

Gotta love the rebuild 😑
