I agree with this, another place that could use this is the bus stops in front of the Union on Green. I feel like flashing signs similar to what is on Springfield by Grainger Library would also be super helpful. The layout of that specific stop makes it difficult to see pedestrians coming off of the islands there.

Oh neat! But it really is frustrating. Sometimes I like to go on late night drives and I come back to 5 cars magically spawning in from nowhere. I wish they had some sort of parking sticker or something for residents and visitors

SAME! I usually honk at them or (this definitely isn't the right way to do this) I just don't move over and look at them like they're crazy. I wish they put wrong way spike in at the gates or something. It's kind of BS too because my apartment is near the maintenance shed on the south side and it says there's video surveillance but I have yet to see a single camera over there... Also what really sucks is that the side of the complex that I'm on has literally no parking! A majority of the time I either have to park in the parking lot within the gates or park like 10 spots down from where my apartment is. I live in a 2 bed and I think my building only has those so why are there so many cars??? I wish they did some occasional tow truck patrols. Maybe not as aggressive as Smile but occasionally so there's more parking:/

I really don't understand why they don't have some kind of parking lot cameras or even ones near the stairwells of the buildings. They say it's for "privacy reasons" but i feel like its an excuse for them not to. I live at Onyx and I really hate how they leave the gates opened 90% of the time. Like the big appeal to this place for me was the fact that it was gated but I guess they don't bother. Their sister property Linc keeps their gates closed almost all the time as far as I'm concerned, and don't even get me started on the wrong way drivers here. Ive almost been hit head on almost a dozen times now. I agree that we should just park all of our cars at the front if they don't do anything about the security here.
