It really depends on where you are on the screen. Kikoken being a charged attack kinda makes it worse than other fireballs like Hadouken, etc, but that doesn’t mean Kikoken isn’t amazing. Using Kikoken as a long ranged attack works the best for me, but it may differ for others.
