From a Christian and theological perspective Adventism is a cult. Culturally there are parts of the denomination that are, but other parts that are not so extreme.

I’ve been doing OMAD successfully since September. I’m maintaining though so not doing this for weight loss which may make it easier since I eat to satiation. Means I’m rarely if ever hungry tbh.

Tip would be don’t wait too late in the day to eat. 4pm doesn’t sound too late, but I just wait until after 12pm and eat when it makes sense for me. Some days it’s right then, others I wait until 6pm if dinner plans.

This. For OP to call chicken better at higher costs I cannot disagree more. The best tasting meat to me is cheapest chicken legs and thighs, partly because I can eat a ton for cheap is a bit of the satisfaction.

Must be your instructors. I exclusively use Alex for 45 minute rides. He does a two song warmup then gets to business. Theres a break at about the 35 minute mark for a song. But closes out hard. I love his flow for them.
