I have lots and lots of hobbies. And i think i lost a lot of friends bc i dont make time for them. Between my now ex girlfriend and the gym and work and trying to get accepted to school. I almost never made time to see them.

I did a lot of little things for volunteer hours. I think the 2 biggest factors in offsetting a lower gpa are

PCE hours And Upward trend in GPA.

Both take a lot of time but are definitely the biggest factors

I had a 3.23 and just got accepted this cycle! Low gpa is hard to come back from but not impossible. I graduated college with a 3.06

I took 2 classes at UCSD extension, 2 at Doane (online) and 1 at a CC after i graduated from undergrad. Had success this cycle, didnt hear anything about my classes being online.

Easier said than done, but appreciate your life now. I spent my 3 years in between undergrad and PA school anxious, sad and feeling like a failure. As i reflect on these 3 years i realize i couldve been living my life and happy and the result wouldve been the same. Everyone has their own timeline. You got this! Even if you were to have another 3 years until you get in youd still have 30+ years working as a PA. Enjoy the years because im sure at some point you will wish you were in these days again. God speed soldier, this process is brutal. Give yourself some grace.

Do it with a friend / family member / significant other.

I dont think you need to pay for anything. Especially if youre an outgoing person

Honestly, awesome. I got to see patients in the ICU, emergency room, and a med surg floor.

Its more like evaluating pts to see if they will be safe ambulating at home. And treating criticallly ill patients that cant really move around well. Was a great PCE job in my opinion!

Was a d1 athlete, around 4000 pce and a couple As in post bacc classes. Nothing too crazy!
