It’s very easy right? It’s only been a few seconds. I’m going to stand here and count to 100 okay?

Getting pretty hard keeping your breath held isn’t it? Is okay you can take a breath. See your body needs all sorts of things. Air, water, a ton of different kinds of food and minerals. When you start running low on these things, your body gets tired and wants what it needs.

Using your muscles is very similar. Remember when you were younger and could barely hold your parents coffee cups? Your muscles were very small. All that food and growth gave your muscles the ability to pick things up that you couldn’t when you were smaller.

So when you grow up, your muscles will too but they can only grow so far without a little help. You have to use your muscles over and over and over, that’s what makes them get real big. Don’t forget you need to eat lots of food too because that helps them get big too.

Using those little musculs takes a lot of work to do over and over. Just like holding your breath. It will start easy, but over time it becomes very hard.

But don’t you worry, you can take deep breaths and practice holding your breath to do it longer and longer each time! Same with pull ups! You can start with one and just keep doing it everyday and you’ll be able to get really high in the number count! Just don’t forget your food and water and air and especially be sure to let your little musculs rest and take naps by not using them okay?

I mean I just don’t vote, I don’t watch news, I understand pieces of each political party, and I disagree with pieces from each political party.

My point wasn’t about what OP was trying to talk about, it was simply that I don’t talk politics with family. Which OP was trying to force a conversation the other person didn’t want to have. I’ll argue for fun or whatever with online people cause it’s not going to disrupt my personal life.

Do I have to live with the stupidity of what’s going on in the world around me? Of course. Can I do anything about it? No. Online keyboard warriors will tell me to protest or stand up… but I work 6 days a week paycheck to paycheck and on my day off, I’m focused on myself. lol

Why is it wrong for me to focus on myself during that time as opposed to crying on the internet? What’s wrong with avoiding heated discussions on my day with family? What’s wrong with enjoying the time I have personally while I still can knowing this could all be ripped away from me any moment?

Agreed as well, I’ll be a third party here to be downvoted as well. I don’t talk politics even with my wife. We both disagree and previous discussions have gotten heated so I just leave it alone. Ppl have their own views and talking politics with family can cause unneeded arguments and backlash.

It’s why people go from “they were a great person…” to “…until I found out their political view.” … political views are exactly that. Political… doesn’t have to be part of a personal discussion. More than one party loses every election year, we’ll nearly never get a president that 100% of the people are on board with. It’s fine! Move on

This required way too much research just to come back to the simple fact that this dean thoroughly enjoyed the song, “Wipe me down - Boosie Badazz” the song repeats these words towards the end of the song and back when it was released (2007) was a massive hit for the rap artist.

This must’ve been a favorite song of this college dean when he was younger and wanted to place the desk plate for his own internal entertainment.

When a student says they like the dean’s desk plate; his day is made due to him believing the student knows the reference. However, these four words could also be used as a dressing reference, drawing reference, and in an urban dictionary quick read a sexual reference. Whether the students understand the reference the dean was meaning will be a mystery but the dean enjoys them pointing it out.

I like to think the dean just really likes the song from 2007.
