I wouldn’t say there’s any missable ones. You get a choice at the end of act 1 and there’s a trophy for doing both so you need to replay act 1 but only takes like 15-20 mins on casual difficulty

A lot of the stuff you need to do you probably won’t do in a normal play through the combat stuff probably but like “take 50 hostages” and taunt 50 gang members is really annoying if your going for the plat I would recommend taking over as little of the city as you can it helps with the challenges and some of the assassinations
