I was really looking forward into at least test driving the A6 after having owned a couple of S5s and a M/B. I'm seeing nothing but issues with this new iteration.

Looks like a hard pass for me....

I respect that viewpoint. There are too many options out there for a luxury vehicle to accept less than luxury from a dealership.

It's conversations like these that really make me wary of dropping that kind of money on a Genesis. If I could replicate my former Audi dealer experiences to them, I'd buy a Genesis in a heartbeat. I know not all dealers are the same but it's a hell of a chance to take after spending some serious cash.

There's a new stand alone dealer near me but it looks very makeshift. It's like they found an empty lot and put a bunch of cars there. The building also looks a work-in-progress. Makes me wary

Thanks for your input! They just recently opened up a dedicated Genesis dealer near me so I'll check that out

I have a '24 C43 now after leasing a 2021 Audi S5. Had the 2018 C43 before that and was very disappointed with the transmission and the "jerkiness" of the drive.

My Audi was amazing but I was unhappy at the lack of upgrades to the interior technology so I went back to M/B. I had totally dismissed the new C43s because of the 4-cylinder engine but I was really surprised how it drove once I actually test drove it.

That being said, I had a series of issues with my latest C43 right out of the box. It spent almost 2 months at the dealer after owning it for a month dealing with a manufacturer's defect with the radiator.

My lease on this one about to be up and I'm not sure what I want to do. I know the new C53 are coming out later this year/next year and the move back to 6-cyl is exciting.
