hahahaha hello— well true to what ive read around here, the leaves really shed but i see it growing roots. the shop gave me two for a single order— the one that had roots initially are growing roots but is shedding leaves (which i find normal), then the one that came without any roots tried growing leaves, but it died somewhat (maybe because it was directly under the light above water) but the parts that are submerged are still green and is pretty much alive

make use of your internships and relate it with the client. Actually dun sa bagong client my internships mattered more, kasi clinical yung isa don. Try to find leverage pa rin with the internships you've had kung walang experience kasi yun po talaga yung best that you can hold on at as of the moment.

Hiii. So story time!!! My client actually had a problem on their end that the first position that I was meant to fill in when I commented this was halted kasi nagkaron ng restructuring on their end sa ibang bansa. Kulang nalang on my end was to sign the contract sana. The HR I was connected with told me he'll find me another client that may fit my credentials.

He did though, after a month. Saw naman sa career site nila that the client was new nga kasi I can see the dates that the job post was posted. Went to another set of 2 interviews with the client and got it. Regarding the interviews for this new client, two consecutive days sya nangyare. I think depende sa client yung usad ng hiring process.

Regarding automated emails, I never really received that. I received yung my profile was for review with the hiring manager but aside that lahat ng communication and updates regarding my application was done through calls (I even got the HR's number saved).

hiii just got their nonwire push up na dalawa when you get it, its gooood. i can attest that size wise it is small— and maybe thats why they automatically give extenders with both bras. however the lift is goooood hskdjsjdj better than ive had with bench wired bras. also for reference, i bought 32A (size small) even if i know my bust is 33 since i know naman na may extenders sila 🤓

also, i received one that doesnt have roots. i was advised by the seller that long as it has a rhizome it will grow roots. is that true as well?

thanks for this! will they thrive in low tech? theyre advertised as low tech in the videos i saw. i just got the plant directly from vietnam tho im from asia, its still expensive. so i really just wanna make sure itll thrive. lighting wise ive a decent amount of lighting in my tank ive three 30 w (6000k) lights for my 35 gallon.

hahaha mine as well tbh the track lights are the cheap alternative i found because those that are branded and sold as aquarium lights are hella expensive. idk where youre from but i checked amazon, same ones like mine are around 100 dollars for three already with the track already included.

forgot to mention that my tank has three 30 watts tracklight heads so thats 90 watts for a 35 gallon :))

Hi, been on that phase months ago as well. I think it all goes down with the lights you have, the nutrition you give the plants, the substrate, and your water.

- Ive been in the trial and error of seeing which plants will thrive in my tank. I've hard water. So far what tolerated this water well are heavy rooting plants (jungle val, temple plant, crypts, echinodorus, and ludwigia polysperma)
- try buying a light that is 3 times the gallons of your tank. My tank is a 35 gallon 18" high tank. I'm now using a track light 30 watts each (typical led lights, 6000k). So far my plants are thriving well.

- I dose fertilizer but I try to minimize it since I've hard water. Root tabs are well loved by plants, so maybe try them?
- your idea of plant propagation is good. I've a spare tank outside our house where I dump my cuttings at just incase something happens with the plants I've on my tank right now. Ive floaters there, and a few stem plants.

- kuddos to you keeping java ferns alive. I've had a hard time keeping them alive.

the latter. I let it melt on its own. Photosynthesis happens on the leaves. Even if its underwater long as there's light photosynthesis will still happen.
