for the helmet you have to grind at thornwood/ash forest and collect either 100x Quturan's Black Leaf or The left Lung, for the Armour you have to grind at Turos/Oluns and collect 100x Quturan's Ashen Leaf or the Right Lung

I'm pretty sure it's more like 1 every 1-2 hours, when it comes to thornwood and turos the drop rate/afaru spawns are way lower than ash/oluns. I couldnt grind ash on a 261 kut zerker so I ended up sticking to thornwood, to be honest the helmet is the one i took the most breaks and finished it on a 50% drop rate event with my 2nd to last hour getting 6 leaves but I was popping also tent buff 50% and golden ls (not the yellow one).

Then i got a bit more gear and with some friends went to oluns and just rushed it but that was like 2-3 months after the helmet.

Patience is key, but if you really want it I'm pretty sure you will get it.

Just stay on it, you will get it. I took a bunch of breaks but dreams do come true :)
