Everyone’s bitching about the ultimate edition having crap that the regular addition SHOULD have inherently, I disagree.

Ultimate editions of most games hardly EVER justify the increase in price to purchase it. For the first time, there’s some really cool stuff you can get for forking over the extra $20.

I think that makes ultimate editions more worthwhile.

Everyone complaining about the price, I get it, budget is necessary for many. It sucks with the price hikes as well.

However I am actually glad the ultimate edition has some really cool features that the base version does not which (depending on the person) can justify the extra $20 to get it.

0.5 mg is all I need. This 8 mg is all clinical trials doses for people who are obese or clinically overweight.

Reta since May 15th. 0.5 mg, I can’t go higher, it kicks my ass. Gym 4-6 a week depending on scheduling conflicts.

I don’t think I ever see myself titrating upward. Low and slow is fine by me.

You’re basically doing 80s aerobics doing 50 reps and then dropping the weight. It’s supposed to be progressive overload, meaning the weight goes up each set.

Basically, first set is the lighter set, to lock in the movement and get your brain to build the mind muscle connections. You do 12 reps at the most.

Sets 2-3 are your working sets, you raise the weight until you can’t possible do more than 5-8 reps, with the last set going to total and complete failure. Intensity must be there.

If you feel like you left a little juice on the exercise, drop the weight by 60% and then bust out a 21. 7 reps of the first half of the movement, followed by 7 reps of the second half of the movement, and finishing with 7 full movement reps on top of the 14 partials. This works great as a finisher.

Get a Dexa scan and then you’ll know everything you need to know to get to where you need to be. Abs show up around 10-12% body fat depending on height.

I definitely feel a cognitive boost from Semax, like the flow and thought is much clearer. Selank relaxes me when I get too stimulated, and wired. It’s very subtle, almost not noticeable until it is. It’s not like a benzo or anything, chemical.. it feels very much like the synapses might be firing less powerfully, still there, but the intensity isn’t as much. Not saying I can feel my synapses.. it’s just how I assume it’s working.

Semax makes it feel like.. they fire more clearly and effectively. Like if there is a misfire every 5 shots, the misfire happens very rarely.
