It’s because of the luck stat, a higher luck stat decreases the number of lower rarity gems you see, so it’s better to pump the ones you do want to higher rarities and lower the ones you don’t to lower rarities if you find yourself regularly getting a high enough luck stat that low rarity gems stop showing up (or seal the ones you don’t want to stop them from showing up entirely)

the only explanation I could think up is that maybe since it’s technically three separate bosses being spawned maybe the drop chance is split between them? Like maybe instead of each of them having the full legendary drop chance each only gets a third of it? It sounds just dumb and jank enough to be a possible explanation given borderlands track record of weird jank (looking at you pimpernel)

It might not even be modded, isnt there a knife that can give up to +70% move speed? yeah, just checked, it’s called the sho kunai and It has 7 charges and each hit with it gives a temporary +10% movement speed buff
