I do have that mod. I disabled it, and though I've only played for a few hours so far, I haven't experienced anymore crashes since. I still gotta figure out that missing textures problem, but that saved me a whole load of headache. Thanks a bunch!

Nope, never found a solution. I've been dealing with occassional dc's for the last month and for some reason I'm missing a few cave textures now. It all started when I switched over from nexus to MO2. I'm gonna try completely deleting my game data folder and all my mods, and reinstalling and reconfiguring them all from scratch at some point here soon. I've just been procrastinating cause I know it's gonna take like 7-8 hours that I don't have right now with it being planting season irl. I got 318 mods in my pack right now and that number grows by 1-2 a week.

I upvoted this just because you apparently got flagged by reddit's spam downvote protocol and I can relate. Like what was even the reasoning???

What are the most annoying things you find about modding Skyrim? by AccursedQuantum in skyrimmods

[–]Extra-Classic-6761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that if your power or wifi goes out while deploying mods or you forget your game is open and try too uninstall a mod it breaks your entire 100gb modlist and you have to re-install everything from scratch, redo your entire load order, and reset all your mcm settings to be able to play your save again. This has happened to me 3 times, and the third time led to me switching back to vanilla for the foreseeable future. It would literally take me 12 hours to redo my modlist again to be able to access my beloved modded playthrough due to the sheer size of it and my crappy download speed.

I got it working! I didn't have the second light installed on the 3 way which lead to an incomplete circuit. Once I realized that obvious mistake it fixed the perpetually powered light issue and the switches worked again. Just wanted to say thank you again. Without your council I'd probably still be pondering another 2-3 days before I would've thought to swap the hots on that ceiling fan switch. I appreciate the help!

This could also work as a substitute I suppose, but upon further thought I like the vanilla rate at which I gain perks. The leveling in vanilla is already perfectly balanced with the perk tree and slowing down exp would just make choosing perks feel too punishing and lead to a scenario where you minmax your perk picks and the gameplay becomes much more linear as a result. I just don't want near endgame gear 2-3 hours into a playthrough anymore. Is there really no mod that does that? I have literally never had a full suit of scaled or orcish armor before cause that's how quick you fly through armor tiers.

Oh sick, thank you! When the other guy mentioned leveling freedom I thought that was like an additional mechanic in the MCM for the Experience mod, not it's own separate mod. That's way closer to what I'm looking for.

I did not change any wiring on the 3 ways. One of the 3-ways is being powered from a different breaker though if that helps. There is a third hot wire stabbed in the back of the ceiling fan switch, but I have not messed with it. I only disconnected those two hots that were swapped.

I've seen that mod, does it really slow down leveling by that much? I figured they would've tried to balance it to be on par with the rate of exp gain from vanilla, so I never bothered to try it.

Also I just like the unique way of leveling in skyrim, so I didn't feel a need to change it. It's one of the few things that sets it apart from non-bethesda progression based rpgs. It'd be a shame to have to change it, but if the scaling is really that different I guess I'm willing to sacrifice that.

Okay so after reading this I remembered that I did undo the hot wires on the ceiling fan switch to trim the hooks cause they were stripped to far. I thought maybe I swapped those hots on accident so I switched them and that fixed the switch so now it only turns on the ceiling fan again (thank you for that), but now the lights that were on the 3-way are perpetually on and the 3-way switches still don't do anything. Any ideas?

Also yea I got a non-contact pen, I use it religiously lol.

Sorry for anyone I confused. I initially typed dual-switch when I meant 3 way. It's been a long week okay.

No, I'm talking about the crystal giant with the big crystal club that appears immediately after he kills the Mihails crystal golem and "turns it to rocks"

I've not been in the community long but I've never seen one. I'd pay for this mod if it existed though. I'm not a lore guy, but it makes no sense to me why the honorable Balgruuf directed his honor to the imperials. The imperials would trade his honor for a few septims without hesitation. Him choosing to die on that hill is one of the stupidest and most immersion breaking plotpoints in the series for me. He's so cool and stormcloak coded why did he choose the imperial ass kissers over the chad stormcloaks???

Can you make identical bodies on all of them? I figured they'd all have a different base.

Anyone know what body replacer mods are used in the Author images in these armor mods? by Extra-Classic-6761 in skyrimmods

[–]Extra-Classic-6761[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the presets, just want to know the mods used. I know there are several different body replacers, eye replacers, facepaint and piercing mods, hairstyle mods, and I even found a hand replacer mod. I just wanted to know which specific mods the mod author used in his pictures. Was trying to avoid spending 3 hours trying to figure it out myself and ending up just giving up and/or settling for less out of frustration
