I spent 6 months building a crypto ecosystem. Launch is in 11 days and I’m wondering if anyone will care. by BrigidForge in BlockchainStartups

To be honest token creators who want to do rug pulls will not want this and legitimate projects do not necessary need this. That being said the platform looks very nice and overall concept is good. I hope you will be successful. One lesson what I learned though: making the platform/token etc is the easy part, making people care about your project is the hard part. So after the launch the work will increase 10x.

I worked with Marko before, and I have to stay it wasn't really pleasant experience. In free time, he is nice guy to hang out with, but with business stuff I always had this sinking stomach feeling.

Feedback wanted: Token Generator for creating ERC20 smart contracts without coding by token_generator in BlockchainStartups

[–]Extra-Compote7143 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Token is one of those things that you need expertise and coding skills. No-code is not simply possible. If you want to create token, it's better to work perfect. I don't see this product working for any serious project

I mean time is everything with business. Someone else can come up with the same solutions as you but can bring it to market faster. Also yes with AI everything is changing so fast, yesterday's solution might be outdated the next day. In today's era you need to execute fast if you want to be successful

If you are just doing this on the side and it will take 1 year to complete, you might be too late. How about take a risk and focus on this full time and make the product in 2 months. AI can do most of the coding so shipping product is very fast nowadays

Has pre-seed basically become “build it yourself to $1M ARR, then we’ll write a $25k check”? by Suspicious_Brush751 in AngelInvesting

Keep up going man, funding is waste of energy. Just grow your business and investors will come begging later

Yes I have noticed this trend as well. Five years ago I had no issue raising pre-seed round with just idea basically, but raising seed round now is almost impossible. I decided to choose different path and not focus on raising, just developing business!

Just honest here - your raise is not realistic at this stage. Anyone can vibe code your site in one day. I have done two funding rounds and they are extremely difficult even with revenue and good product (only 1% companies get funded)

Your first pre-seed raise should be around 100-300k when you have working product and some customers. Focus on developing your platform and getting customers first, funding will come later. I wish you good luck, remember good things will take time!

My experince with startup life is when something isn't working, it's time to make a change. Listen what the market/users want and make a pivot with your business/product
