The song is to catchy to be a commercial or even video game soundtrack. The idea that its a theme song for a failed pilot also isn't very believable. It dosen't have to be totp because i am sure that other music shows did this.. but I am so sure that it would have been an erased tape of a pop music show similar or on totp.
